I am happy to write this thank you for your response to the email i sent you.

I had written you the day after a reckless uninsured driver plowed through part of the front two sections of fencing on our convent property, destroying two mature trees and all landscaping in that large area. He also did major damage to our front porch, main entrance gate, brick post for that gate and other damages, some of which are unable to be replaced and none of which are covered by our insurance. Thank God the driver was not hurt.

The very next morning, early Monday, Jim from your company called me and said he was coming over to put temporary fencing. I was so delighted to hear his voice and that he was on this way! He arrived and the temporary fencing was placed. This helped alleviate the feeling of vulnerability and restore some measure of security to our property.

Also, that morning I spoke with Arturo, whom I had worked with a few months ago when D & C installed a new fence in our back yard area. I want you to know how Arturo has taken several calls from me, answering many questions and has even overseen the complete repair and placement of our main gate. Arturo really follows up on every detail and he has been extremely helpful by seeing things through.

I feel it is important to tell you have stress-free Arturo has made this part of getting the repairs done and securing the property. I look forward to this coming Monday when the fence will be installed.
