Every employee of D&C Fence whom we came in contact with was polite, helpful, and courteous. Noe and Jose, the fence builders, were very hard working individuals! I couldn't believe how much just the two of them accomplished in five days! They were polite and very accommodating with regards to our dogs. Richard, the gate builder, was just as polite and helpful!The welder who worked with Richard was also friendly and helpful! Rich, as well as the ladies in the office, were always easy to contact when needed. Nice, friendly, hard-working people! And we love the look of our new fence and especially love the new automated gate! Would highly recommend D&C Fence!

Nice job on our new fence. Was some confusion on the exact start date due to work crew scheduling but we are very happy with the quality of job done. I had told the neighbors the fence would be replaced on a certain date and it was delayed a few days. No problem.

The salesma was very good, the 1st time he came out the ambulance was here to take my husband to the hospital. So he called a couple of days late, and the first thing he asked was how was my husband. That was very nice of him, and then we set up the time for him to come out. He was very punctual, and was out in short time. Had our estimate that night. I called two days later to tell him yes, we wanted the fence, and he came out to get the contract and deposit. Very good service. Just a couple days later, I was called to say the man would be out to do the fence the next day. He got here about 9 A.M. and he was all finished around 4 P.M. It looks very good so far, but we haven't had any bad weather yet, so I will know more after a big rain storm, right? For right now, I am very pleased.

The work on replacing old retaining wall and building new was excelant.The guys lost points with me when they reattached old steps in haphazd way and also buried two sprinkler heads under 1' of dirt.Chris this week corrected those issues so all I need is rain so grass will regrow.

Jim Heald was very professional & his detailed estimate of services & quality was exactly what I was looking for. The crew was great. The final product is great. I’m glad I invested a little more for a better quality product. The only 2 things that I felt could be improved upon would be: 1) place any boards that have been cut down to ‘fit’ irregular spaces in the REAR of the property to be less noticeable &
2) place any 'irregular' 2X4 rails in the REAR of the property to be less noticeable.

Only issue was the workers left tacos in the foil on the ground in my backyard. My puppy got ahold of it and luckily hasn't had any stomach problems. I would just recommend they throw trash away please. Other than that I love the job they did!

The builders were very nice and didn't cause any inconviences at all. They worked very hard and fast. I know that the yard condition could have been better and for that I thank them.( A lot of Johnson grass.) D&C Fence has a longstanding reputation for providing outstanding service. From the initial call for an estimate to competion of the fence, D&C performed superbly. Of particular note, the negotiations through competion of installation was done between me, living in Japan, and their installing a fence at my home in Portland. Now that's service! I strongly recommend D&C to anyone, regardless of their location, because D&C came through for me 110%!

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF ALL THE OTHER CONTRACTORS I HAD APPROACHED, D&C WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS PROMPT AND KEPT THEIR WORD TO GET BACK WITH ME WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AGREED. THIS REALLY STOOD OUT. AFTER THAT, I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE KIND AND RESPECTFUL WAY THAT I WAS ALWAYS TREATED BY D&C OFFICE STAFF, AND ESPECIALLY BY THE "PR" MAN WHO WAS SENT OUT TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND DISCUSS OUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. HIS KINDNESS CONTINUED EVEN IN SPITE OF SOME NECESSARY CHANGES THAT HAD TO BE MADE, REQUIRING ADDITIONAL SITE VISITS ON HIS PART, AS WELL AS SOME ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK HE HAD TO DO! BUT THE END RESULT WAS A BEUTIFUL DECK AND TWO SETS OF RAILS (FRONT PORCH AND BACK)CONSTRUCTED IN EXACTLY THE WAY WE NEEDED. NOW MY DISABLED HUSBAND CAN COME AND GO WITH MUCH GREATER EASE, INDEPENDENCE, AND SAFETY.
